1. Overview
AI Real Estate Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the platform at ai-realestatesolutions.com and provides AI-assisted real estate marketing, lead management, and communication tools to licensed real estate agents (“Agents”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information about consumers who interact with our platform and agents who use our services.
2. Data Collection and Use

2.2 How We Use Consumer Data

We do not sell Consumer personal data to third parties.
2.3 Information We Collect About Agents
We collect name, license number, brokerage affiliation, email and phone, billing information (processed by a third-party payment processor — we do not store full card numbers), CRM data and campaign settings, and platform usage data. Agent data is used solely to provide and improve platform services.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to assist licensed real estate agents in drafting communications including SMS messages, emails, listing descriptions, and follow-up sequences.
Key disclosures: AI drafts content; agents are responsible. Human oversight is configurable. AI is not infallible — verify factual claims directly with your agent. Fair Housing compliance screening is built in, but agents retain ultimate legal responsibility.
4. Agent Data Isolation
Our platform is built on a strict per-agent data isolation architecture. Each agent’s data is completely separate — one Agent cannot access the leads, conversations, or client records of any other Agent. Cross-tenant access is prohibited at the infrastructure level through Row Level Security controls enforced at the database layer. Shared infrastructure, logical isolation.
5. TCPA Compliance
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. 227, requires prior express written consent before sending automated SMS messages. No consumer is sent an automated SMS unless a record of prior express written consent exists in our system.
5.1 How Consent Is Obtained
Consent is obtained at the point of lead capture. Our forms include consent language stating: automated text messages will be sent from the named agent or team, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and the consumer may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
5.2 Opt-Out Handling
Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out. No further automated SMS will be sent following a STOP reply, except for a single confirmation message permitted under FCC rules. Opt-out status is written to the consumer record and enforced at every point in the automated sequence.
5.3 No Automated Voice Calls
We do not place automated voice calls (robocalls). All voice calls placed through our platform are manually initiated by a licensed agent.
6. SMS Consent Handling
Consent is captured only through affirmative opt-in at the time of form submission. Pre-checked boxes, implied consent, or list purchases are not used. Each consent record stores: phone number, timestamp, IP address, form identifier, and a snapshot of the consent language at time of opt-in.
Consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for compliance purposes, even if the Agent subscription is cancelled. Consent is specific to the agent whose form the consumer submitted and is not transferable to any other agent, brokerage, or third party.
To withdraw SMS consent: reply STOP to any automated message (immediate effect), or email privacy@ai-realestatesolutions.com (processed within 2 business days).
7. Cancellation and Data Deletion
7.1 Agent Subscription Cancellation
Agents may cancel at any time by emailing support@ai-realestatesolutions.com. Agent data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation for data export, then permanently deleted. Deletion from encrypted backup archives may take up to 90 days. SMS consent records required for TCPA compliance are retained for the minimum period required by applicable law.
7.2 Consumer Data Deletion Requests
Submit requests to privacy@ai-realestatesolutions.com. Include your name, phone number, and email address. Requests are processed within 30 days.
8. Data Security
We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), Row Level Security controls at the database layer, access logging for all internal data access, and periodic security audits. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), and Supabase (database infrastructure). These providers process data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements with us. We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own purposes.
